Blog is very short and very late this week because:
We have been on holiday in North Yorkshire and Derbyshire enjoying sea, sand, and great company.
Major birthday (Skipper) with family and friends party on a bigger boat than ours, minor birthday (me).
Boat is back in the water after being blacked. Thanks Blisworth Tunnel Narrowboats.
BSS – 4 minor things need resolving over the weekend for a retest on Monday when we should get certification for another 4 years .
Insurance survey also done so we can shop around now (most companies being asked to insure older boats require an out-of-the-water survey)
Normal blog service will be resumed next week.
In the meantime enjoy the significant amounts of water that’s falling, and stay safe amid Storms Austen and Bolelo.
